Damn that's quite the tall order. And one that cannot be filled.
a TKG3-06 or lower with original roms, stating "Nintendo 1981" on the copyright screen would be a board with the "cheat" roms still installed. Yeah, we got those. However, *ALL* TKG3-06 (or lower) boards have the CPU soldered. Socketed CPU's didn't come along until TKG3-07.
You will find 06's with "cheat" roms and soldered CPU's, or 07's with socketed CPU's (and typically normal roms). An 07 with "cheat" roms is rare, but they're out there. I would part with one for a large amount of cash, like $300.
And for the record, if you're looking for a socketed CPU so you can install D2K, bear in mind that the D2K daughtercard will override the board's installed roms, thus bypassing the "cheat" roms and allowing only "normal" DK play when in DK mode. Good luck on your restore.
