Hi. I'm looking for "RMS3", one of the DECO Cassette System big stack modules. Hope to use this for MiSTer FPGA development. It looks like the one in the photo above. It doesn't matter to me if it works or not.
The schematics of the small stack, -8 boards, are available on the internet, but there is no schematic for -3. They look pretty different, so I'd like to publish the schematics for someone who needs to repair them. They are produced during the core development process.

It would be nice if I could get the backplane or other boards as well, but this is my priority for now. Please make me an offer!
I'm thinking around $100 including paypal fees, but it would be nice if it were a little cheaper :)

Wish I could help. I stuck with slim stack for all my sets and avoid the phat stack.
Im not sure if the baseplate is the same between the stacks. I did a repro of the baseplate if it is common between them let me know.

Thanks for the reply. I saw your post. If I could get my hands on the RMS3 board, I was going to ask my Japanese friend if the two were the same.
If they are, I'll need your stuff.

I wish he could upload high-res photos of that board. I'd like to see the front and back. I'm still not sure if those boards share a common bus or if they have to fit in a specific place in each stack, since I haven't looked into the BIO3 and DSP3.

I know for sure on the slim the order doesn't matter front to back. The original baseplate had 4 slots and you could use 1-3 or 2-4. I did NOT experiment if you could swap to any location any board due to interboard connectors not reaching.

do you need pic with all the boards removed?

That looks close, I will see if I can snap them into a slim stack interconnect
I wanted to see if PHAT stack had a way different interconnect, but its a partial, like the slim stack, I am hoping its the same...or at least usable.
Will report back.
