Okay, here goes...

Preferably working - but will consider complete and in good shape but not working or with minor problems. Will drive up to 3-4 hours from NYC...

280 ZZZAP
Crazy Climber (upright)
Cyberball
Dragon's Lair
Escape from the Planet of the Robot Monsters
Pooyan
Rampart
Return of the Jedi
Slither
Star Fire (upright)
Swimmer

Argh! Don't have a vehicle fast enough to do NYC to Missouri in 3-4 hours unfortunately...

Dragons lair, ROTJ, Crazy climber and swimmer i see for sale all the time. They are not as rare as u may think.

Yes, I know some are more common on there than others. Still, they're not Arkanoid. I've been on a lot of game pickups and have only seen a couple ROTJ. Plus I didn't want to make multiple threads.

Anyone?

Still looking for some crazy rare games (and some not as crazy rare, but still pretty rare)...

Picked up a nice ROTJ and Dragon's Lair today. So, updated list is...

280 ZZZAP
Crazy Climber (upright)
Cyberball
Escape from the Planet of the Robot Monsters
Pooyan
Rampart
Slither
Star Fire (upright)
Swimmer

Who's got my Star Fire upright?!

Thanks. Yes, I've got my eye on that auction. I usually dislike shipping though but these are "crazy rare"... as has already been established.

WTB: Crazy Rare Games.

This killer score popped up on CL a short time ago. I wonder who got it?

Slither Arcade Game 50 bucks NEEDS WORK - $50 (West Hartford)

I have a Slither arcade machine that needs work. I replaced the bearings in the track ball, and now the game does not boot up. It turns on, but No action and I have no more patience for it. The CPU boards were repaired about a year ago, so I believe they still work, but I don't have the time to screw around with all the connections. The first 50 bucks takes it.

Missed out on the Slither on ebay (but if anyone has one within driving distance, I DON'T think that price was unreasonable...) but picked up a Pooyan. Updated list...

It was definitely not unreasonable BUT compund that w/ shipping, you got yourself 1.5k Slither -maybe not so reasonable.....

Agreed. 1500 is totally unreasonable.

The condition was great though. Even the board looked pretty good. I hope you can get it in a second chance offer...

Good luck to you too Paul! Hopefully it will work out for the both of us in the long run, and we both can cross Slither off our "WTB: Slither" posts...

Sorry to get into a bidding war w/ you, but this is a game I really wanted in a
loooooonnnnng time and very infrequently show up in the midwest.

Did you ever find out whom picked that one up in your area on C.L.?

Bidding wars happen. I dropped out much earlier than you did so hopefully you get it or can get another one close by as it sounds like there are some others sitting around in the midwest.

Since I somehow missed it, I'm going to pretend that the CL one never actually existed. That is until who ever got it tries to sell it to me at a $950 profit.
