I have one but it doesn't have a case....probably doesn't help much unless you got a bad one you can swap it into. Its USA and includes the fan.
I *might have a case lemme look... I think I have the board bc i wanted a custom off it but never did anything with it.
Edit- I found a case but its not without flaws. One of the clips on the bottom for the feet is gone and, I dont have all the screws.
