WTB: "Coin Door" or coin insert thingy for Centuri cocktail (specifically Ripoff)
Guys,
I'm editing this - thanks to EH97AC I found the first part (thanks for locating one for me!) Now I just need one part for a Centuri (Ripoff) cocktail. These may be on other Centuri cocktails. I think they were on Time pilot cocktails too.
FOUND---1) The plastic part that goes around the coin acceptor piece. I've got the metal part and the start button part, I just need the plastic. Note that this plastic has a place for one small coin mech assembly (like the kind on a frogger or DK), but also has a section where there are two start buttons to the left of the coin mech.
NEED---2) The metal coin box / door. It is just under 6" wide and just under 7" tall, and has a hole for a lock at the top.
Pics of the openings and the broken plastic part are below.
These parts are for one of my favorite games of all time, and a very sentimental one. I really want to get this in the museum as soon as I can, so that current and future generations of Americans can learn to protect fuel pods from enemy invaders. It is of vital importance to our national security.
Please help. I'm not asking for a donation. (Well, actually, if you're inclined I would love a donation of these parts). But I am happy to pay a reasonable price for these parts.
PLEASE HELP!!!
Thanks for your kind attention.
Sincerely,
John Yates, Curator
