I picked up a Space Invaders that someone started parting out. It's missing the chassis for a Sylvania 19VARP4. Figure it is a long shot but I'd like to see if anyone here has one I can buy. See pic of sticker on tube.

Which monitor type do you have? There are a couple of type it could be. Post a picture of the whole thing.

Here some more pics @cwilkson

I guess I am not sure what you mean by "type". Do you mean like a Wells-Gardner?

Side note, why would there be green and orange tape on the monitor front? Never seen that before.

I mean is it a Motorola XM-501? A Wells Gardner 19v1001? Motorola M5000? Etc.
Or....is the picture tube itself all that is left? It's hard to tell from those photos.

The tape is how you do color with a black and white tube.
Your ships and shields at the bottom of the screen are green.
The UFO that flies across near the top is orange.

Ty for the explanation!

Yeah, The tube is all that is left. I can take it out but it would pretty much the same thing at different angles. The frame and chassis are completely gone.

It will probably be easier to find a complete monitor. Then you'll have a nice spare tube too!
Any of the 3 monitors I mentioned could work. But you may have some mounting issues.
Or maybe you want the specific monitor type that was original to that cabinet.

You might not need a traditional frame. The tube looks like it was mounted directly to the game.
The chassis sled was probably mounted to a shelf just below the tube.

What type of cabinet do you have? Looks like an upright. Is it from Taito or Midway? Is it an original SI or one of the sequel games?

I have it kinda in pieces right now, but it is the Original Space Invaders upright from Midway. It even has all the original schematics inside it. Not much else as far as identification on it.

I'd be open to entire monitor swap if that makes more sense.
