I didn't take anything from any blog. I don't even know who you are. You shouldn't judge people you don't know.

My original images from my blog post... Hmmmm and "you didn't steal crap from my blog".

Venture_MouseTrap_11.jpg

My artwork is top quality. I even had people say it is better than Arcade Shop, Phoenix Arcade, etc. My stuff is twice as thick and more durable. It lasts much longer than the crappy silk screen art.

You have no right to request me to leave any forum. You just need to shut your face, and back off.

I'll shut my face if you stop talking out of your rear end... Seriously.

Rich, why are you wasting your time with this guy?

Simple,
he claims to have better product then orginal, silkscreened, or otherwise
with outrageous claims that laminated inkjet (particalry his) is better then silkscreening
or any other arcade art on the market today.

Im calling him on this to show us REAL pics of REAL products.
To help inform and educate members here, partically the new ones.
how many posts have we seen "is this art any good?" linking to his ebay?
some newb will come by and see this and wont know the difference.
if others, myself included dont show the real difference and call this out.

not to mention I need to make a new Saturday supercade :D

I understand that. I'm just thinking that anyone with even the smallest brain would have figured out by about his second post not to do business with him. Perhaps a separate thread that he's not involved with that just points out the various pros and cons of each type of print job would be helpful. Then whenever something like this pops up you could just point the person over to that. Just a thought.

Heh.. The dude claims his work is much more awesome than everyone else's..
With that, how can you even reply? Best equipment, most awesomeness, I'm better than you, bla, bla, bla..

He's a tool.. 16 years? One year more than a competitor? Heh.. Dumb

My favorite quote was about the low quality of screen printing.. That was the nail in the coffin.. As original artwork was screened, using films.. Not Jepgs lifted off the Internet..

Hehe.. Awesome.. Go away tooth kicker!

They are real pictures of the images; just not taken with a camera. I'm not gonna waste time and money printing artwork to take pictures with a camera. My product sells great without going through the hassle.
Like I already said; I have nothing to prove to anyone. The product I sell is top of the line.
My artwork has already outlasted a lot of silk screen artwork. It all depends on the material used and the operator of the printer. My material is highest quality, and my operating skills are awesome.

Actually, you do have to prove yourself. If your product is as "top of the line" as you claim it to be, you should have nothing to hide. You don't have to print artwork specifically for taking pictures - if your product is selling as well as you claim, then you should be printing enough to take pictures of the final product at any time.

If you just so happen to have all current orders shipped at this very moment, your sales are so good (as you claim) that should mean you should have plenty more sales coming soon, which you could easily take some pictures of prior to shipping. This day in age, and being an IT professional such as yourself, you should have easy access to a quality digital camera and the means to quickly upload a photo without it being a "hassle."

Well, I'm from the kick your teeth in state. Do you feel lucky?
Lastly, threats will not be tolerated here. The only reason you're still here is because you have one last chance to prove your product. Any respectable business person should be more than happy to show off their product's quality.

All over an actual pic request ...
Recommend a ban from admins. At the very least, a ban from KLOV buyers.

It's coming sooner than he realizes... all over being called out for a picture of his work that he refuses to post.

Bullshit backed up by zero proof is not tolerated by this community, as he quickly found out.

Physical threats of violence are not tolerated by the moderators as he will soon find out.

Like I already said; I have nothing to prove to anyone. You obviously don't know what colors are correct or not. The product I sell is top of the line. After 16 years of being in business, I only ever had a few complaints; and they were from people who didn't know good quality when they saw it. They were no loss to me.

Ok I have to put in my two cents now. I am one of the people that bought from this man and found the artwork to be unsatisfactory. I bought a Crystal Castles side art set from pastucia last year. Now the art work was ok, but missing some detail, also the colors were so way off I can't believe he sent it to me. The colors were so washed out it wasn't funny. It was laminated also and had bubbles in the lamination, (not a fan of lamination) one bubble actually had an eyelash in it. The art work looked like the same file that came from arcade library, no corrections were made.

I am also one of the people Rick has been working with to get art printed because a couldn't get good art work from pastucia. I took it upon myself to make my own Crystal Castles side art and Kickpanel art file and have been working back and forth with Rick for over 9 months now to get the colors matched right. I'm waiting on the final print to come in the mail as I write this.

I just want to say that when I got the bad art work I made a complain to pastucia and he was willing to give me a refund. He also ask that I not post bad feedback about him on ebay and apologized. He refunded my money and that was that. In spite of that, his postings here are way out of hand and very inaccurate from my experience with his work. What I received seemed like something that was rushed and not something that time was put into to make sure it was right. Making good art work is very time consuming. I should know. Halftones are a bitch and this Crystal Castles art had a good amount of it. I feel that the comment about silkscreen over injet is so crazy. Injet will always pale in comparison to silkscreen. I never really understood that until I took on this project.

Its a shame that this posting got so heated, but what are you going to do.

I would like to do the Crystal Castles speaker grill next. I have the art work done. Just need help with colors and final dimensions. Oh and need someone to silkscreen it too..hey Rick are you listening....Hello Rick ......I got another one for you.......Rick.....Rick!

exactly what i was thinking. if everything he says is true, then he is an expert in computer technology with tons of steady business, how hard could it possibly be to take a picture and upload it? shit, i am a high school dropout with no computer training since the apple iigs and even i can snap a couple pics and upload em in a matter of minutes. you dont even need a "quality" digital camera, i paid $40 for my 10 megapixel nikon and even something of that caliber would be more than adequate.

when your business is printing, its common sense that potential customers are going to expect to see a picture of something you actually printed, not just a jpeg you stole off some web blog.

It appears as if you guys were able to send him crawling back in his hole. I love seeing the pics of his work. Now I know who to never buy from. Your guys bad experiences at least help others from making the same mistake.

I would vote for banning this guy before he has the opportunity to pm some unsuspecting member that wants to buy something only to provide them inferior product.

It is funny to see I was involved in this thread early on and did not know it had resurfaced.

Anyone who has ever done silkscreens or worked with someone who has, knows they are second to none. I have been fortunate to be responsible for or involved in a couple of silkscreen projects over the years. They are a pain to create, but offer the bestquality and durability, bar none. End of story and End of Line.
