I'm making the entire joystick, including the handles. Last I heard, you were looking into making some plastic handles, I thought??
Anyhow, part of my goal is to make "rebuild" kits for these controllers like I do for everything else.
If we're crossing projects, we should probably discuss it via PM right away as I'm getting close on this one. As always, if you're already invested, I'm willing to bow out long enough for you to get your stock out the door.
