I am repairing an old playboy pinball machine from the late 70's. The numeric displays and the sound is not working so I would like to find a set of boards to see if I can get it working again.
It is the bally Playboy machine. I think the displays may work, the board that drives them seems to be the problem. I know I should ask this in a different area but whats the best way to go about repairing the boards? I am used to working on arcades this is my first pinball repair. Should I just start replacing caps and transistors on the sound and driver board?
Alltek Systems boards and Pinscore
Got tired of MPU not starting up. Had acid damage. replace all the boards and everything works great. The Pinscore displays are amazing.
