Hey all,

I know lots of people are looking for one of these, but I figure it can't hurt to ask. I'm looking to get my hands on an Atari Star Wars cockpit cab. Something close to MI would be preferred, but if there's a way to work out shipping I'm not ruling that idea out either. I'm not looking to drop a few grand on a minty one with a 25" Ampliphone so some kind of project is more what I'm after....anything from a gutted conversion to an incomplete/non-working cab. Maybe someone out there has one they haven't got around to working on and they are ready to turn it lose. Of course I know it would be a huge money pit, but it would be a lot of fun to work on and bring back one from the dead. I dunno maybe I'm just cheap and would feel better spreading out the few grand over time. ;) Now if it helps get some kind of deal done, I do have a dedicated Black Widow with full side art that I can offer as bait of some kind depending on what you have. I know it wouldn't be worth nearly as much as a working Star Wars but it would also be worth more than a gutted cab. Also just note that I'm not looking to outright sell the Black Widow at this time. Now if I found some kind of deal where I need to raise quick cash that can change, but I do have a few MI guys that have asked about it recently. Thanks for listening to my ramblings everyone.

Suggestion - put the request in your signature too! Good luck on the search.
Thanks! Yeah it probably would help to keep it in my sig as I'm looking. The more I think about it, I really can afford to look at buying one that's at least complete and/or working. As I said I know the Ampliphone 25" monitor adds to the value, but I've seen people sell them in the $1500 range with a 6100 in them. I wouldn't be surprised if the value on them has went up, though maybe that's still a reasonable range to expect. If I am low on my range someone feel free to chime in.
