Looking for both of the coin return 'catchers'. Preferably the 'trumpets' but would also go for the U-rings if the trumpets are hard to find. Mine has nothing at the moment.

And I'm sure Nintendo used these for a bunch of their games, but being unfamiliar with Nintendos for the most part right now, figured I'd be specific. :)

Thanks in advance! Also, any advice on how to rivet these on would be cool. I'm sure it's on this forum somewhere already, I haven't honestly looked yet...

I don't have any spares but they don't rivit on. The have small bolts that attach them from the back and the hoops and covers are threaded. - Barry

Good to know... Thanks. The DK I bought has them pop-riveted on, and I knew it didn't look right at all.

So... I guess I need to add those bolts to my want list, as well. I haven't checked Bob Roberts yet for these, I don't think...? Hmmm.

Nintendo coin doors

I have 2 KWM-740, cam off of a DK Jr., one works fine the other does work at all but both have the trumpet coin return. Make offer plus shipping and they are yours.

Thanks
Greg

If you post a picture of exactly what you are looking for I probably have it and will send it to you for free.

I have a huge pile of Nintendo coindoor hardware but I am not sure what you are looking for.

You, sir, are THE MAN!!! Thank you sooo much! (and sorry, gregr...)

I will try to find a pic of what I'm looking for online, and if not, I will snap one tonight. ;)

Nintendo people are really cool! Blackdog hooked me up with a couple of joystick switches, and now possibly trumpets. Stoked! :D

These are the things I'm looking for! :D

And if you have them, the bolts that look like rivets, to hold everything together. I need a bunch of those, or need to find out where to buy them...

Jawhn those are called coin return covers or ears in the collector world.
The "U" shaped ones are what Asahi calls Trumpets.

Ok, well I sacrificed most of the parts out of my Vs. SMB and got a 90% complete setup on my DK now... Just needs one of those smooth-faced bolts to be complete. Took a picture of what I need right here: (Bear in mind, this is VERY zoomed-in, this is a tiny, tiny bolt!)

Anyone have an extra they can help me out with?

I happened to find 1 just 1.
Let me know if you need it and I will drop it in an envelope and send it to you.

Well, unfortunately, Jim sent the bolt and the effin Postal Service ate it. I ended up with an envelope with a hole in it.

Anyone else have one spare bolt like this? And/or know anywhere I can buy it?

I had that happen when I sent some small bolts. Padded envelope is the key. I don't have any spares right now, if I find some I'll let you know. - Barry
