I have a Sega Nascar Arcade with a 50" Mitsubishi projection monitor that does not work. I am looking for any boards that may get it working again.

good luck man... i got real lucky with ym toshiba monitor....

i will keep an eye out tho and if i come across anything ill let ya know.

You may have to do what i did and just find another monitor from a different machine. There were 3 diff masnufacturers of those monitors for sega games, however they all mount the same anbd have the same hookups so say you find a toshiba monitor, should still plug right in.

luckily for me my trilogy also used a toshiba, so in my case i swapped boards bacause i wanted to keep the sw art, but like i said if you dont get that lucky you could always peel the art off of the new monitor and leave it naked....

Thanks for the info. If you see something please let me know. I'm still looking.

youll have to just hound ops and auctions and hope something comes up. Like i said i got real lucky with mine....

i wonder if a tv repair shop could fix yours???

I have a complete working 50P-GHS63 out of a Skate Racer that I used to repair my Harley LA Riders. Have every thing but the RED Yoke...mine was shorted causing the problems.

Been going to put on feebay but have not had a chance..

no...they have wicked sw trilogy burn...

my other set in my trilogy now has wicked top skater burn

Youll have to find a donor big screen from the same era and swap tubes if your after burn free tubes...

cleaning the lenses and mirror helped the pic alot but birns still there... well all have to live with it i think

If you're having convergence issues, and there's 2 or 4 huge honkin STK chips on the convergence board - just replace those chips and chances are it'll converge. They're actually stereo amp chips and prone to failure on Mitsu projectors. The heat sinks are usually huge but even so they should prob have a fan mounted on them.

It cost me about $20 to fix my 42" HDTV.

depending on how much you are wanting to spend there is a retro fit kit that cost around $900.

The screen doesn't turn on. I push the on button and I can hear it click, then it clicks again and turns off. It seems to be in some type of protection mode. I am looking for any parts or boards to fix this.

I knew you were going to ask that. I will look it up tonight when I get home on my other laptop.
