Someone throw me a bone here.

I've had Buffett struggling with a K7400 chassis for over 3 weeks now, and I'd like to get past this chassis issue. We just can't seem to find a way to get past the jittery picture on this chassis. So, we're going throw in the towel and use this chassis as a parts donor to rescue others.

Does anyone have a 'needs love' K7400 that they'd let go of cheap? Maybe something with a blown flyback? Missing/cracked neckboard? Other issues?

Let me know whatcha got.

My jittery K7400 turned out to be interference from a bad power supply. Maybe check and see if you have clean power running through.

This chassis has been benched with 3 different people on 3 different test rigs. I doubt it's with any external power supply.

As far as the power supply circuit, I'm not ruling it out, but at this point, I don't want to do any more troubleshooting with the chassis. Nearly every discrete component has been swapped on this board.

7400 is a different animal. Easiest way to ID it is the fact that it doesn't have AC wires attached to the board, it uses a 3 pin socket on the board to feed power:
