It is either a Bubbles, Sinistar or (gasp!) a Mystic Marathon cabinet (look at the sides below the control panel and the curves at the top of the monitor cutout). All three were based on the same cabinet.

ken, thought you would have done the (gasp!) at the thought of a sini being hacked! ;)

when i receive the artwork pieces from 7146aaron i will be able to measure the piece from the front of his cab that forms one part of the cpo for 1942 and can then say for sure if it was a sinistar width cab or not! are the bubbles and mystic cabs the same width as sini or is just that the side panels are the same size/shape ?

ok, some extra fooling around with the cpo WIP.
i measured up the width of my sinistar CP and height of my make trax CPO (not fitted yet) to get the envelope for the 1942 CPO.
I have applied a bit of artistic license to add a black border like make trax.
see the following link for an ide of what it looks like so far:

Sinistar cabs are rare, but there were only 5 dedicated Mystic Marathon cabs made (plus that was the game that I put the most time working on, so it is a sentimental favorite).

Sinistar, Moon Patrol, Bubbles and Mystic Marathon wer all the same width. I have to get rid of some of the Joust cabinets and then I will start seriously looking for a Moon Patrol cabinet to sacrifice to turn into my Sinistar.
