Hi there, as the title says for a project. I am tired of going via a CGA to VGA converter and want something with native CGA input. Must have wide angle viewing as it will be for a cocktail cab, thanks.

Still looking guys....

I have a Kortek 19" CGA/ VGA LCD that I took out of a game to put a CRT back in.
Not in front of it right now, but I can get you the model number later tonight. Was from a home use machine.

Thanks, I appreciate it.

Thanks, the price is a little steep but it is nice...

Yeah, I had the same feeling. It would be nice if it were just a little more affordable, or had a universal CGA board that could interface with standard LCD screens.

I have a dead one where the Kortek board is still working - you can faintly see the picture with a flashlight - but the CCFL's burned out.

I thought I could keep it running by installing an LCD kit. Although the LED transplant was a success, I seem to have broken the panel in the process. (Wonked out picture.)

What a bummer, sorry to hear that...

Yes. Power adapter with power cord.
And the VGA to CGA adapter piece.

$170 shipped

I see, so it needs the vga cable. Do you find that you need to play with the settings to get it to work correctly with CGA?

I just tested it in CGA mode. It autocorrected itself at first and the pic was off. I manually adjusted the picture (moved it right a bit). Even after power cycling it stayed as I put it. So it seems fine.
