Looking for (1) NOS AVG.

I know there are tubes out there, and I'd love a full one. But all I really need right now is (1) chip. I have begun my Q board and I really want an original chip for it, for aesthetic reasons.

I will pay you, talk dirty to you, shakedown distant relatives who owe you money - whatever. Just sell me a shiny new, old, AVG.

Car 137179-001, where are you?

C'mon guys, this Mona Lisa is going to look awfully ugly with a tooth knocked out (repro AVG :p)

HALP!!!

Tried AtariScott?

If you are open to used/tested good you may find one but no idea how reliable. I used an original used AVG chip on mine and I was seeing some issues with random vectors. Next time I open the cab, I am going to try a modern replacement - I have one from Billtronix. I did not get the one that was offered with the bare PCBs that I think came from Mark. If aesthetics are your thing, try Scott.

My feeling is the cab is closed and no one sees the board. I am more interested in reliable gameplay which everyone sees. But it's your pcb and your game.....

Still looking....

I have tried Scott and he sold off his stock some time ago.
So one of you guys that bought a tube back then, PLEASE dig them out and sell me (1) measly chip!

Since AVG's are on topic ATM, let's give this another BAMPF!

At this point I'm willing to negotiate for a VERY clean, tested working, used example. Maybe you are replacing all of your AVG's with CPLD/repro's and one of your originals looks minty and still works fine...

Hi,

I have a real, original, tested working AVG or an AVG replacement. Your choice. The info and prices on the AVG replacement can be found here:

http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=315849

On the original tested working chip, $40 shipped (to a different paypal than the replacements).

Either way, I am about to leave for CAX and would not be able to ship until I return on 7/17/2014.
