WPC: Voltage reading on TP6 goes from 75V to 103V when flipping

I got an oscilloscope and was playing around with it today. I used my Road Show as a test subject.

I started looking at the "50V" circuit, which typically contains around 70V or so.

I hooked up to TP6, which is "50VDC" and used TP5 as ground. FWIW, note that TP5 is earth ground (it is connected directly to the ground wire on the AC plug).

Here is what I found...

TP6 reads around 75VDC while in attract.
When I start a game, it remains around 75VDC.
However, as I flip the flippers it slowly increase... After about 3 minutes of constant flipping I'm reading 103VDC!
When I stop flipping the flippers, it slowly makes it way back down to 75VDC.

Game is working fine. I was just messing around with measuring stuff.

What do people think of this observation? Is it normal?
