The kit includes the main daughter card which plugs onto the CPU board,
a interface board, new spinner board with ribbon cable and audio cable to
connect up to 3 sound boards for $195.
The user need to supply the following at a minimum:
A working CPU board (CPU removed and plugged onto main daughter card)
A working XY control board & XY timing board
A working speech board
(the speech chip & 8035 cpu is removed and put on the main daughter card)
A working sound board (Universal sound, Eliminator or Space Fury)
A working card cage, power supply and monitor
A working Star Trek control panel (*recommended)
*The Star Trek control panel has fire, thrust, warp, photons, player1 & 2 start
buttons and a spinner so it has the maximum compliment of controls.
If you have a Eliminator, Space Fury or Tac/Scan control
control panel you will need to modify it to be compatiable
with the Star Trek (adding buttons or spinner).
I can supply instructions to do this.
For now you need all three sound cards installed in the cage to get all
game sounds. Each sound card needs a single cut&jumper wire to be
installed. You DO get speech for all games that use speech.
When the multisound card is available, it will replace all 3 sound boards.
I can provide a install & burn in service to anyone who does not want to tackle
the install and setup for $50 + return shipping. Just send me your card cage & cards.
I am providing this service TEMPORARILY to help people get up and running
with a minimum of effort. But please remember I do have a day job so I cannot
do more than 2 or 3 systems a week.
If some out there do not have spare cash to buy at this time, I am interested in
working out trades for color vector monitors, vector boards, parts etc.........

Yeah, I was just remembering there was something like this....never knew what it did/didn't do. Either way, congrats! It's awesome to see this coming around. I'm pretty sure I have an Eliminator boardset sitting in the back of the shop. I may need to dig it out and leave it on Pat's porch sometime. Personally, I'm too scared of burning my place down to touch a G08!

LOL, nice! I haven't been out in my shop to really root around in so long, I'm not even sure what all is out there now. I had a set sitting with 2-3 Astro Blaster board sets (all in cages) stacked by that busted up Sega cocktail I got from you.
