It could be a vinyl sticker from the photo, but if it is original wow!

I could do the work the guy is askign for, but I am not a certified electrician. Dang!

Ms Pac's near the end of the production run came with vinyl artwork on the front and sides as well as blue t-molding from the factory. The marquees still faded though.

I have a few pictures of one of these that a friend has. The cabinet is white with vinyl on it. There are a bunch of differences in them compared to the regular build mspacs. The pcb is mounted in a cage, the marquee retainer is plastic, wiring harness is a converted super pac(even has super pac tag on it still), vinyl art, linear power supply and more that I cant think of at the moment.

No wonder the Two-Bit art work is crap-ola, if that's what they started with.
