Would you try to save this?

you are going to be in it more than just buying a working one. if you have atrashed one or all the parts jump. the monitors are too damn expensive to mess with finding one.

Id say buy it since its that cheap and just look for one thats falling apart for cheap and swap all the parts in it

Or if you are handy, you could buy the expensive parts like the monitor and board broken, then fix them and your pockets probably wont end up too empty.

6 months ago, I would have said buy it. Today, I would really be on the fence. I think you would be better off waiting for a more complete one. I keep looking for one, but haven't found one that meets my price/condition qualifications.

If you have the space, you might want to buy it and store it until you find a cheap working one in a POS cabinet. Just a thought.

As most of the other guys have posted, I would buy it and use it to swap parts onto, but I wouldn't buy it with the intention of pieceing together a complete cab.

go for it

I would say buy it. If that were local to me, I would buy it for sure and swap out the working guts of mine. Looks like the cab is in pretty good shape. For $35 it is hard to go wrong if you have the room.

I have a bunch of extra parts already lying around, so this would be a no-brainer pickup for me. If I didn't, then I'd pass....

I see no downside in picking it up. $35 isn't money worth worrying about for something like that. You can always unload it for the same.

If you like to restore the games, are going to be dedicated to the project and wouldn't mind spending an extra buck to restore it.. Go for it. It's a nice cab, nothing to loose but time.
