It seems to be not an original but I have no idea how old it is.

It voltages on the ARII seem to be w/in range.

If the ESR, and Dielectric Asorp read good I wouldn't replace it.

If the Ripple voltage across it looks good, I wouldn't replace it.

If you want to blow about $20 for a cap + shipping Then go right ahead.

It might be nice to have a backup though.
 
The white pressure release button looks like it's popped way out and ready to blow any time. This also appears to be one of those Mexican made capacitors. And with a 1981 date code, I would replace this capacitor pronto!
 
Thanks Ken I had no idea what the white nipple was.
