Ms.Pac's are ply. At least that first one would be easy to restore, why strip it ??

The worse the side-art, the easier it feels to put the sander on it to restore the sides.

Totally, I would feel less bad about replacing the art on something like that. The cabinet looks to be in good structural shape.

That cab, even though empty, looks to be in decent shape. No fade on the marquee and the bezel and CPO look totally intact. You could probably fit that up with some new guts and clean it up and it'd be fine.

Except the wood grain that's been glued to it, and the fact that its a gender change as well. Sure.
