World's smallest running Donkey Kong mame cabinet?

I really enjoyed watching that. That guy has some serious skills. Really clean and awesome job. LOVE IT!

Wow, that is an incredibly clean build! I agree with Blkdog, that guy has some serious skills. I've toyed with the idea of doing something similar with an old Gameboy Advance, but this guy has set the bar so high that I don't think I'll even try... :)

I couldnt hear the audio, what was he using for the computer and the screen?

Ok, now this is pretty freaky. His YouTube ID is "33BENDER", and he has another video that uses the Bender name prominently. I have done some custom arcade stuff myself, and happen to realy like DK. My last name is Bender also...

flat out awesome. one of those in galaga or galaxian would rock. the side to side only direction would make it totally easy to play.

Yes This is great. He should sell them..

i agree, only downside is the cost. i just googled that system, and the gp2x thing runs $100 on thinkgeek. coupled with cost to build, and shipping, and you're easily looking at a $200 price tag for one of those.

Yeah,no kidding. And was it just me,or did it seem that the audio was a bit off on Donkey Kong? The sound effects and music all seemed to be an octave or two too low. Still....awesome job!

I'd pay $200.00 for a horizontal version in a heartbeat. Id probably want it in a Mortal Kombat cab...or wait even better...a Primal Rage cab with lit up buttons ala Phet's cab.

Or a single monitor Playchoice...but instead the marquee saying "Playchoice 10" replace the 10 with the infinity symbol.

I wonder how much can that thing hold?

LOL I have a GP2X and mame runs great on it.

I have a bunch of iPaqs that I have running MAME, and I was going to put them in mini Galaga cabnets, but then I keep getting more real machines...

Yeah, this is friggin amazing. Love seeing people build stuff like this and show it off on the web. Without the web, there I would never know of this, MAME probably wouldn't exist either. Thanks Al Gore :)
