I have in my unlucky possession a world rally board with the following fault. When I power up the game I have the RBG disconnected from my chassis from my Main PCB. When I connect this to my chassis all hell breaks loose and it blows the main fuse. I have tried this with two monitors with no luck. So I suspect the Main PCB. Please does any one have any ideas to what this might be as I am stumped.

I know this might sound a bit basic, but have you taken a good look at the wiring itself? Do the wires match up with where they're supposed to go? Also, is the monitor PCB free of any loose wires/metal shavings/etc. that might be causing a short somewhere? It might also help to have a copy of both the game and monitor manuals, which you can probably find here:

(You'll have to cut/paste, UBB code is disabled in this particular forum)

Another basic question. Is your monitor properly isolated? If not, the ground on the video may be grounding out the monitor and causing crazy stuff to happen.
