Woot! Finally got my Q*bert board fixed....sorta....
So after a lot of trial and error without an oscilloscope, i finally was able to get my Q*bert board glitch-free using the tried and true IC swap method between my old board and the board Rob brought me a few weeks ago. So yay...my Q*bert finally works.....sorta.
I still haven't fixed the sound yet though. I received the new LM379S and the 27v zener from Riptor today and installed both. Now instead of no sound, I just get a constant hum. The zener's reading a steady 29v which is fine. I've heard U3 is the usual culprit in this case. Can anyone confirm this, or have an extra U3 / 6502A they could sell me?
