Well, it appears that evryone that has used the cheap stuff came out with excellent results. Ill hafta give it a try. Thanks guys for posting pics, they all came out out looking great!

Don't laugh... but I re-did my cocktail control panel with the cheap-ass woodgrain shelving paper from Home Depot... get this... 3 years ago! It really matches the original Atari woodgrain look too. It still looks great and the cab has been through quite a bit over those 3 years.

Hey Frizzle, have you noticed any wearing on the CP's or edges that have peeled up? What did you have as a base to stick it too?

Surprisingly, no noticeable wear at the edges... and nothing has peeled up. I'm as surprised as they come frankly. I've put hours of game time on to this cab as well, not to mention the fact it's a juke and is also the "only" table in the game room and it gets used. It was stuck down on to painted metal... that's it. It's SUPER thin stuff and I was expecting it to last maybe a year... but we're at 3 years or so now.

Believe it or not this stuff works great!! ive used it and i know its just a sticker to put over it, but everyone that has seen my cab in person, cant tell AT ALL!!! they think its original.. Also it sticks very well..
