Just picked up a CL Wizard of Wor! This was one of my absolute favorites in 1983. That was the first time I played it. I was 14 and staying the summer at my Grandparents place in the Florida Keys at Outdoor Resorts of America on Long Key. I played that SOB all summer long! Picked it up pretty cheap-non working. Monitor works, it is complete except for the trim piece above the lower door (if there is one). Kind of rough, but definately restorable. It still has the original tags etc, on it. Not sure if there was an original back door sheet. If there was, mine's missing. At a glance, it appears there are a couple of ground wires disconnected at the power supply. I'll delve into that when I can. Way too many projects right now. Not that I needed this, but I couldn't pass on it. Pics will be posted.

I think WOW is my favorite game, close to a grail, but I've bought and sold the game 4 times now (3 different machines) since 1985.
It is definitely a keeper now that I have a gameroom!
My last machine was $75 in non-working condition. Had a blast fixing it!

If you need help, just ask. Gorf and Space zap are good for donor CPU, pattern and Ram boards.

Yes! Pics or it didn't happen. KA KA KA KA!

IF.... I was to ever get another machine. This would be the one. I'm actually thinking of trying to find a cocktail version. I'm sure I can get away with that. But they are so rare to find.

Nice find, can't wait to see the pics.

My tits or??!! Oh...I get it...here the pics for you doubters. I hope you're all as excited as I am! I was very surprised to find the original lables on the cab (in & out) and the original coin door key. The lock has been broken away from the back door though.

Nice find... I have pretty spanky one I'd part with if anyone is ever looking for a restored/refurbed one in Idaho.

;)

PS: Make sure you dial in your stick... unlike most games, WoW has two switches per side.
