ATTENTION CRAIGSLISTERS:

If anyone sees the following stolen arcade games for sale: Discs of Tron (sitdown version), Star Wars cockpit, Dragon's Lair, Spy Hunter cockpit, Journey, and a sitdown version of Missile Command, please contact the authorities. Our neighbors describe the culprit as a "fat piece of shit in a white beater cargo van".

I call BS... anyone who HAS an EDOT doesn't call it a "Discs of Tron (sitdown version)"... you stand in it... and lean back against a "half seat" i guess you could call it.

So they're saying a single person hauled away an Edot, star wars cockpit and a spy hunter cockpit. Possibly a missile command cockpit. They might have meant a cocktail on that one though. At any rate it sounds like the guy either has super powers or something is a bit off with the story.

yeah, it doesn't really pass the sniff test. i have no idea why someone would post it though.

there have been some Portland and Seattle postings for a couple of games that were apparently "on location" at a store (console games?) in the Portland area and the location owner sold or otherwise disposed of them without permission.

To me, it seems like a post related to bad business dealing. Would be surprised if someone here didn't know about this. You don't name drop games like that without being part of the collecting community.

All BS. There was some yahoo posting a "Sitdown Missile Command", a Star Wars cockpit, a Journey, and an EDOT for like $600 each. This was someones response to those.
