I have rebuilt the power supply with all new parts and I am getting o volts on both the -100 and 100 pins to light the displays. Also, upon turning on the machine the f1 fuse blows immediately with or without the pins plugged into the display. Anyone have any ideas what my next step should be. I have thought about replacing the BR35's that are attached to the backbox but not sure if that will solve the problem.
anyone got any ideas

Still having problems with voltages

I have rebuilt that HV power supply as indicated by marvin in pinrepair manual. still nothing there is no voltage coming from either plus 100 volts are negative 100 volts. The f1 fuse blows every time upon start up. I have unplugged the display line and the fuse still blows so i know it is something to do with the power supply. I am at a loss right now the only thing I can think of is that one of the leads in the power supply is bad due to someone replacing one of the transistors. If anyone could give me some help to what my next step would be outside of buying a new power supply board would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Chardy

Check the orientation of all the components you replaced. It is real easy to get one wrong
( been there, done that ) Aside from resistors and a few other parts, electronic components only go one way. Your digital multi-meter is your best friend. Take your time, read, and check and you will figure it out! Fixing them is as much fun as playing, only a little more stressful!!!

One or both of the 100 volt zeners are shorted.
