Never seen anything like it, even on Japanese arcade sites. It honestly looks like it was made on the base of a washing machine (not slamming it, it looks awesome, but still). Does it work? Any serial numbers to go by? Documentation?

looks like aero city 1988 made

I dunno... it's similar, but Aero Cities have a whiter color, this one is pure exposed metal, looks almost like stainless steel. Plus this one has art along the front right under the control panel. Perhaps it's an Aero City bootleg?

Look kind of like a Jaleco Pony mk.iii but the angle of the monitor is too steep.

Apparently there are different variants of the Sega City and this is just "City" not Aero, Blast or Astro...

Here are some resources.

People like candy cabs as they are worth $500-700 depending on monitor size. Well that's the price you'll pay for a decent standard Astro 29" w/ a modular control panel that'll work with up to 6 button games.

This smaller monitor and not exactly the capcom cute or the Neo 19"... it's a smaller in between one so it depends on who is looking for one like that. The CP doesn't take 6 buttons so you are a little more limited on what games will go right into that one. I would say 3-500 depend in condition, completeness and monitor condition.

$500-$700 for an empty candy with monitor? I'm going to go to the next auctions and buy ALL of them every time, sell em for $400 and still make a four-fold or more profit.

I've seen the container shipment posts, it always boggles my mind how much people will pay when Astro's, Blast's and Egret's are VERY common over this side of the pond.

Shit I've got 2 auto-switching Nanao MS9-29A's I can't get $200 for the pair...

That cab will be offically to be in my garage today!!!.. Cant wait to see what i can do about this. Since I know so far is. This is 19 inch monitor with weird harness (not standard jamma harness). Missing the marquee top and the front door to access the board and of course the gameboard.

I ll see what I can do about it today! very interested project!

Wow, interesting info on the just plain Sega "City." Never heard of that one!

got this and this got fold over and need of cap kit!!!.. Am thinking about to hack it up and convert to 60 in 1. or what s suggestion? what game i should put in it? i have originial control panel that require many buttons.

Cabinet released in '86, 1 year after JAMMA, I'm going to guess NOTHING.

There is no dedicated "Candy Cab" for anything. Even the Naomi Universal could swap out CP's for a steering wheel. That is the very point of these cabinets.

this is the reason i dont like candy cab

i guess i ll fix up to somethign that i can get rid of
