if someone want to steal away from me. I LL REGRET AND hardly to trust here but i know i can trust here and ask for the help.

think i should snag this and restore everything. Is it easy fix? repairable?

http://stockton.craigslist.org/clt/2111713114.html

or it s better off buying complete wokring condition?

I can fix and do some stuffs like i alway do on the arcades and this pin has no monitor which would be easier for me to fix (GRR AT MONITORS) LOL

LMK thanks

These people are clearly pinball experts:

all we know is that Firepower a very rare pinball machine

In fact the exact opposite of this is true. With over 17K produced Firepower is one of the most common pinball machines.

In any case... I would think twice about this one. The backglass is pretty much destroyed. The fact that they have it paint side down on concrete doesn't inspire confidence in how they've treated the rest of the machine. The price is not terrible but finding a backglass could be a challenge. I would also ask for a picture of the whole backbox. Only half the boards are shown.

This might be worth picking up if you can get it for less money.

If you're really set on having a Firepower, I would grab this one for parts and look for another one in better condition.

thanks for the tips.. i ll pass on that one.. and serious save money and invest something i want instead of trying to buy 99 cents!

=)

Might be worth taking a closer look at. Hard to really see for sure, but the playfield looks better than average.

Not sure if Mayfair has any of the Firepower re-screen backglasses anymore, but they did in the past. They weren't 100% matches to the original, IIRC, but still looked fantastic.

I've seen that machine on e-bay in the past, and on craigslist, not sure why it's back up for sale again. If they're having trouble selling it, could be possible to push them lower.

agreed.

i start realizing which I should pass on that one beacuse I DO NOT HAVE ANY EXTRA PARTS or one part for pins. It would be my first and I do nto want them to be ugly and end up left off in my garage forever unfixable or hard to get parts!.. I think i better off gettign semi working or working condition that way i can feel and taste the PIN first before getting more pin later on (hope not otherwise my wife will kill me ) LOL. This will allow me to observe and knowing what to fix instead of strip parts to parts and finding this is POS~!

Know what i mean.

Thanks

If you really wanted to chance it.. try it for $200 You could part it out and if the boards are good you would make your money back. Then agian.. If your patient you could end up like me and find something good for a steal. I found a fire power II that was home owned and worked 100% when i got it. It would depend on my mood with that one.
