yes,from pf drawings they show that the targets on the left out lane are to spell wizard.
that's gonna take some skill/luck to get it to bounce off of the pop bumper and hit all targets.
How common is it to have the rails cross over the middle? I can't think of any pins that do that.

I'm actually more interested in the new LCD back glass than the play field, lol. Does the play field seem busy or open? I'd venture with open, but I'm not used to looking at blue prints for pins.
Apollo 13, Simpsons Pinball Party (designed by the same guys doing Oz), Addams, Fish Tales....tons of games do.
addams doesn't have crossing rails. you're probably right on the rest (addams is the only one i own of the ones you mentioned).
Speaking of Addams, I'm surprised how well the WoZ shots line up with it:
