Withdrawn -- Bosconian Upright Project (factory cab) $750 North Alabama
---->>> Withdrawn from Sale <<<----
Nothing went wrong but after some reflection and offer of some trades, I realized how much I love my Bosconian. Just because I found I didn't like doing cabinet restores doesn't mean I can't finish this one, especially since the weather is getting nice. I know I'll catch some heat for being wishy-washy but I am what I am. Sorry guys. If you have any questions just either PM or post and I'll answer best I can. Thanks! -Dave

Several years ago I bought a complete Midway Bosconian upright with a factory Bosconian cabinet which was in pretty sorry shape with even water damage to the cabinet. I wanted to try restorations and this was my first one. I worked hard on it and got it about 75% done (you have to decide) and decided restoration just wasn't for me. It has been sitting in my garage for a long time so I wanted to pass it on to someone who will finish it.
Before I move on to the descriptions, I have over 1200 pictures of the "during" restoration and how it is now. I put it all on a download site called WeTransfer here:
New --->https://we.tl/HmGmdRB4lj
Old Restoration pictures ---> https://we.tl/ssCWqMDDUO
Look at the CURRENT PICTURES FIRST and then blast through the ones where I was restoring it. There are SO many pictures because I would work on it and want to get everything back together the way it was and digital film is cheap. It will be a big help finishing the restoration.
Here are some highlights (the good):
Comes with TWO NO BURN monitors. One is a little newer and one is old school. The older one had/has horizontal collapse and I was putting in a HOT but I just don't feel like putting it all back together. Call me weird but there ya go.
New bezel glass from This Old Game
Unused kick art (forgot where I bought it)
New unused Kickplate
New unused T-moulding
New Speaker
Includes semi-working board set - or it was working a few years ago but it would glitch sometimes. See pictures.
Control panel totally disassembled and rebuilt
Coin door completely disassembled and rebuilt.
Wiring completely removed, thoroughly cleaned, repaired and reinstalled.
Power block completely removed, torn down, repaired, restored and reinstalled.
Game should have all it's parts. If you are concerned about anything, ask.
The Semi-not-so-good:
I turned out to be a mediocre cabinet guy. Oh, I wasn't too bad especially if you look at what I had to work with. I didn't finish the back parts of the cabinet - the back door and the panel below the back door.
The side finish has texture to it because I was using a roller. Honestly, I kind of like it better than super smooth.
No side art
The positions and placement of the hardware in the bottom isn't *exactly* right due to the type of leg levelers I had and such.
Looking for $750 out the door. I can't pack it up / palatalize but I will work with any shipper you send to pick it up.
Thanks,
-Commander Dave
