I am going to be wiring up a Nintendo monitor off of a Jamma harness.
How will I wire it?
The wiring coming off of the Nintendo is Brown/Yellow/Blue/Red/Green/Orange there are also two additional connectors Black/White and White/Red
And of course the Standard Jamma is R/G/B/BK/W

I will be using the original 100v transformer so no need to go there :)

if you are running a non Nintendo game. you will need the inverter board. as the sanyo runs inverted colors.

the wiring is in the manual for the sanyo.
i can't rember it off the top of my head.

i am running some sanyo's in some of my games and they look fantastic.

if you need an inverter i have some for sale.

Peace

Thanks. Does'nt the chasis have both outputs?
Can't I just plug in to the non-invert out?
*edit* actually it is in the non, so can't I go invert? Or did some come without the board below?

yes some did. if you have it it is mounted on the fly back cage.

just look up the pin out in the manual.

yes use the invert out to go to the monitor. and the input is on the end of the inverter board.

Thank you.
Peace to you brother.

This pic might help.

Make sure you have power to the inverter board or it will not work for a non-nintendo setup.
Factory power is a single red wire coming off the main chassis.

O.K.
So I got it wired up and running. But.... It has a red tint and horizontal lines so I will need to do a cap kit. Also the screen is jumping slightly with the music. Will this go away with a cap kit? Or is there something else I need to do?

yes a cap kit is in order.

after words center all the pots on the neck board and go from there.

also make sure to set the B+ to 108v.
