Winston-Salem Auction October 13, 2012

I am yet again on the fence. I have a booth at York, but might just take the shot down south this time and let my brother do the York show.

Mike

I will be missing this one as I will be at the York show as well.....

I will have a twenty foot box truck in the flea market area full of goodies.....

I'll try one more time...

Anyone going to Winston-Salem on the 13th?

The weather's looking good, but the State Fair is going on...

I'll guess I'll have to buy all the good games :)

Be sure to post what classics they have ( some of the best stuff is on the last row).

Also post what interesting things you see in the smalls....

Welcome brother-

Oh. I probably won't be going. Have some other stuff to do, but it would be nice to get back up there.

big auction today, with a fair number of classics...Asteroids cocktail, 4 player Warlords cocktail in great shape, dedicated Mr Do, some nice Nintendo stuff--Playchoice 10, DK Jr, Popeye- a Joust 2, etc. and more pinball machines than recent auctions. Stuff was going cheap.

I got a Revolution X for $40.00 it plays great, but the monitor has the shakes. Open the back and dug out $10.00 in quarter. They had a AC-DC pin, that thing was awesome !!! My 3 year old got sick so I had to leave early

I bought a nice Tron for 650. Real nice joust 2 went for 275 and playchoice dual went for 400. Everything in the auction went cheap.

I'll never understand why it's not posted what people at least plan to bring to get better prices. Had I known the more than likely list, I probably would've went but it's not worth the risk of driving that far to have a bunch of crap. I'm glad some people got great deals though.

Great selection of stuff up for auction!

the last few auctions I have attended in Kingsport did not have much of anything good! man I would have drove the extra miles if I had known the Winston auction was that good! guess you just have to suck it up and go and you never know if it is going to be a good one or not :)

I was happy to hear that there were some good classics available. I was seriously bummed that I couldn't be there.

I tried to get the ball rolling three weeks ago, but just got so few responses. I can only guess there aren't many active KLOVers in the region. If you search the forums, there are definitely some active areas of the country, but it seems awfully quiet around here.
