Hi everyone,
I have a working Stargate machine that I need to sell. I'm asking $500.00 for it.

I have had the machine for about 3 years. The cabinet is in good condition and I have replaced all the controls with new ones ( I kept the originals also). The screen does have some slight burn-in but not enough to interfere with game play. I have upgrade the power supply and have a extra sound board. The coin slots need to be repaired to working order, just never got around to it.

You can see photos at http://www.flickr.com/photos/fargol/sets/72157622284173924/
I live in Roanoke, VA. I have no problems shipping provided that we can work out cost and details. I have never shipped anything this big.

Let me know if your interested! Thanks.

A little high depending on condition but it is right at the top of the price range in my opinion esp in this economy. I have seen them go as low as 350.00 lately.. You may get less here and you only have two posts here which can hurt the price too. Pictures are a must though. Also games are taking slightly longer to sell in this economy so give it some time.

One of the biggest issues for anyone selling full games is location. Give it a week of bumping the thread every two days or so. You need someone in VA or surrounding states to see the listing. They may know someone who wants it if they don't themselves. The views is a little misleading as an indicator since the title doesn't have price and location, everyone must view it to know. Not saying you did anything wrong, but do give it a week for the locals to log-on and see the post. :)

Good luck on the sale.

Amen on the taking time to sell. I just sold my AD cocktail after it being up for sale many months.

Hey, Jim - congrats.

Who finally bought your AD CT?

Also, dropped a package in the mail for you this morning.

Should arrive in 2 or 3 days.

Have fun.

Lots of views, anyone interested? Is my asking price within the ballpark?

Looking at your pics... it looks as if your machine may have Clay's Williams Multigame installed as I see the original Williams I/O board and the WMG documentation in one of your pics.

If it does have this upgrade then you may have more than just a Stargate... open up the back and see if its in there (3 add on cards, 1 CPU/ROM, 1 Sound and 1 I/O). If you are not sure press P1 and P2 simultaneously... if the kit is installed, the Multigame menu should pop up.

Here is a link to more info on the kit if it is installed. Of course you have the manual for it, but is a desirable kit and certainly adds value of the machine.

The kit itself has sold on here for an average of $150 shipped by itself.

Thanks for all the responses, I did indeed forget to add location. Just to clarify, the machine is located in Roanoke, VA.

As for the multi-game question, it does not have it. I did do research on it when I first got the machine with hopes of doing it but never did, I have to admit that I didn't pay much attention when I laid out the manuals to take the picture. Sorry if this confused anyone.
