I have to fix some battery corrosion on my Black Knight I just picked up. A couple of items on the driver driver board need to be replaced and I'm trying to find out the values of the components. Pinwiki has the following drawing:
http://www.pinwiki.com/wiki/images/3/30/04-driverboard-sys3-6.pdf
But that is only system 3-6, how much changed on the driver board from system 6 to system 7? The section I am concerned with is the special solenoid section in the top left of the diagram. Thanks guys.

Also, the flipper control relay, I need to get it off the board to see if any corrosion got under it, is this the type of component tat if you desolder it it should be replaced? Its in working order.

You should be able to use this manual for System 7 boards:

Alternatively, there are several other System 7 games on IPDB with manuals:

If it's working, I wouldn't replace it. You might be able to pop it open and clean the contacts but that might not even be necessary.

Between system 6 and system 7 the only changes would be some of the resistors in the regular switch section, but that change is already reflected in the diagram you have, so feel free to use it for the whole driver board.

For the relay, they can be difficult to desolder sometimes, but as long as you get it out cleanly and it's working ok, there's no need to replace it.
