Williams Stargate arcade. Where's my +12v?

Well, I'm about outta cash for troubleshooting. Let me know what kind of chips I can buy and we'll go from there. You guys are awesome and I don't guess I would've made it this far without having an extensive knowledge in electronics. Which I don't have and why I am going on this endeavour on my own.

I had the idea of reflowing every trace on all of the boards. I did that with my Galaga project, so I won't have a problem with doing tha for Stargate.

I'll post a thread asking for local help. There are 2 or 3 folks around here that might can help. I was just hoping to do it myself for the sake of learning.

The cabinet is ready for painting/stenciling if the weather will cooperate. I can always buy a new boardset if I have to.

Alright, final update on this. I sent the boards off to Yellowdog. Turns out there's just a whole lot of corrosion with the MPU board. The other 2 were fine. So I bought a known-working one off of him. Now that the cab is almost done, this project is moving right along.
