Greetings All,
Recently purchased the above machine, supposedly in working condition. In order to get the machine down into my basement bar, I had to remove the back of the machine. This required me to cut several large bundles of wires....and solder back together. Before cutting, I subdivided the large bundles into multiple bundles of about 10 wires each.
During the soldering process, I realized that the machine used the same color coding for multiple wires in the machine. I did my best to match up and reconnect all the wires, but there are about 10 individual conductors that I had to guess at....as the color codes matched two or more wires.
At this point, the machine powers up, displays reset to 0, pins drop down, then immediately go back up....and flash motor runs continuously. So there is a problem somewhere. Before I open up all these nicely organized harnesses and start tracing wires, I have one question :
If there are multiple wires with the same color code, is it possible they are interchangeable ? Thanks !!!

Not correct, unfortunately. On this particular model, about 200 wires between main cabinet and hinged cabinet back are point-to-point and soldered. Luckily, I have a schematic so now its a wire-tracing project. Thanks
