So my marquee light was blazing fine, but I was having some radio interference on the monitor. I unplugged my light fixture while the game was on to see if that was causing it, and when I plugged it back in, nothing. It wouldn't light up. Turned off the game, tried again, still nothing. Unplugged and plugged it back in, still nothing. What could I have fried? Bulb is new, starter is a replacement? What about that mini transformer? Where do they sell those babies?

What about the ballast (or is that what you meant by "mini transformer")? And, if the ballast is gone, you may have blown the tube when you plugged it back in.

You can get replacement ballasts from most hardware stores.

Before you replace the ballast, make sure that you are getting power to the current one. The pins on the connectors are 28ish years old and you may have broken a connector or broken a wire when yoou were plugging and unplugging.

Fixed it. Apparently, when I went to plug the molex in from the back, I popped the bulb out of track. 4 screws and a bulb twist fixed this one. Thanks fellas.

FYI for the future - you can check the ballast with a meter. You should get about 25-ohms between the two wires for a good ballast...
