My ladies dad played a liberty bell pinball in his local bowling alley when he was younger. So eventually he bought one.. he had it for years and she has great memories of playing it with him. eventually his house burned down and he lost everything.. his 49 harley, and the entire house he built with his family and best friends was destroyed.
Well he started to rebuild his house and the only thing he bought with his insurance money was another liberty bell. Most of the rest of it went into rebuilding the house.
Sadly, he lost it too the bank because he couldn't find work again after all the hard times.
The pin was left outside for weeks, then put into a leaky horse trailer. When Jessica and I finally got it, it was full of birds nests and crap...and even some dead bird parts..
We loaded in our cadillac and brought it to our house per his request.
once we got it all cleaned up..we plugged it in and it worked like a charm!
the playfield is pretty tarnished and all the plastics are a little sunken in... so I'm looking to restore it. Only problem is.. I can't find the side stencils or anything.. the only thing I can find is the rubber band kit...
really I just would like to replace the rubbers and bulbs.. touch up the playfield by hand .. flatten out the plastic plugs and clearcoat the bajeeeezus out of it...
does anyone know if and where I could get stencils or any other odds and ends for the liberty bell?
or any neat updates I could do too a late 70s williams pin?

sorry if this message is weird. I typed it on my smart phone. ha ha.
I'm not asking anyone to track everything down for me.. google turned up nothing.. just need a point in the right direction.

It doesn't look to hard to make stencils for that game yourself. There isn't too much going on in the way of alignment with other colors. If you need reference shots if the paint is gone from the cabinet you can find them here:

For the playfield plastics, clean them with Novus 2 and then using either the hairdryer or the oven method you can heat them to flatten them again.

As far as updates or mods, there isn't much to do on an EM. I suppose you could put some color changing LED's in the Pop Bumpers or something?
