Hi all
I have just listed my dedicated Inferno Williams cabinet - you can see it at http://www.retrokade.com/sales/?gallery=13&page=1 the ebay listing is at:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320698673910&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT

I'm sorry Im based in the Uk and expect a shipping charge to the usa of $1000 maybe plus tax (I dont know) but being only one of less than a dozen I felt it worthwhile bringing to your attention. If you are interested get in contact and we can arrange a deal outside of ebay- im positive i can find references for how safe i am a seller!

I have a friend who is emigrating his cabs at the end of the summer to seattle and if this doesnt sell beforehand, or your patient, it will be included subject to space... This could also be with a Dedicated Major havoc and a reactor if I can arrange sales before they ship.

email me rather than PM at [email protected]

What about the blaster, will it be for sale as well

thanks

i bought several games from Dominic (known as Ravage/Retrokade in Uk and Reava right here)

i can guaratee is a 100% honest dealer and a really good person to deal with

My experience,
Maverick

You would think there would have been a ROM dump at some point to preserve the roms, does it run off of the same hardware as blaster (JROK add to multi?), is there mame roms for it?

The inferno was owned by Tim of arcadecollecting.com for I think many years and, I wont lie, I purchased the machine I think about 5-6 years ago post a CAX for $3500 and had it shipped to me.
Unfortunately the currency exchnage at this point of time is against me and the current price (to pay what I paid for it) is now $4100 - and of course shipping.
Its not in my remit to make a profit, merely "break even" - I might be able to offer an incentive to the buyer as I have additional spares now that I'd potentially throw in to a new owner to perhaps sweeten the price rise and indeed the potential shipping amount.

All around the internet people are asking WHY Im listing.selling this (along with Major Havoc, reactor and other choice titles): For a start Im trying to thin my collection from currently 80 down to 35-40 as no 1 man can manage to maintain and upkeep even this amount... Also, when making that kind of reduction you gotta choose from titles you played and loved as a kid, or those youve purchased thru the hobby.

Top it off with the fact Im loving pinball at the moment and want to pick up choice titles like WH20, MM and TAF - plus paying off a newbie Stern thats just been announced, its time to get active real current collectors havng stuff that frankly I dont get time to attended to or enjoy like I did.

I hope that answers most poples queries - as Mavericak kindly added - over here Im a well respected and fair trader and indeed Im pretty sure I could find a dozen USA known figures to vouch for me should references be required!

Rav remember the deal we made. If you ever decide to sell the Wooden Blaster I get first crack at it.

I made that same deal to Todd.... with the Q I sold him, next thing you know its on ebay for $5k. More than double what he paid me.

Did Rav agree to that deal? Or was it a one-way offer, like "hey, if you ever decide to sell the Wooden Blaster, I get first crack at it" and he never really responded or agreed to that statement? If he did agree, great, no problem, but if he didn't, I wouldn't mind getting a shot at a wooden Blaster myself.

First off I dont believe he wlll ever sell it. He will get buried with it.

Two, I take this man at his word on the phone that if he ever got rid of it I will get first crack at it. He paid me a boatload of money for it, but I did have 2 higher legitimate offers. One was on his way over with a suitcase full of money (as his sales pitch he said) when I made the deal with Rav. He didnt want me to sell it to anyone but him. However I believe he had a buyer in waiting and was gonna flip it, which usually isnt a problem with me. But Rav wanted this game so bad I just couldnt turn him down. But I did add that one caveat that he agreed to. Maybe he agreed to it in the heat of the moment too. Have to ask him.

Of course a man is only as good as his word and it wouldnt be the first or last time someone renegged.

Ultimately it's his game and he can do as he chooses. But we did have a deal.

Inferno for Sale

Hi everyone

Just a quick heads up that my Inferno will be making its way to SEATTLE over the course of May and so will be able to be picked up from a US location.

I'll put another post out with upto date pictures taken just before I pack and wrap it tomorrow (nothings changed from these though: http://www.retrokade.com/sales/?gallery=26&page=1)

Its fully working, I'll change it back to USA power too (might be missing a plug unless I can find one in my stash) both otherwise ready to go.

Feel free to PM me offers, if no sensible ones come in it'll undoubtedly head to eBay. If trades are your thing, I've moved allot into pinballs (anyone wanna work out a deal for for a monster bash or medieval madness deal? ;)

Cheers Rav
