Hi, wondering if someone can help me out with wiring up my Williams Coin Door. The Original harness was hacked out, and I have a Dokert Repro harness for my Sinistar now so need to make a new coin door harness with plug.
It uses the 15 pin plug.

I have done searches but have not found out what goes to where.
I am hoping someone can help with this so i can look at making a new harness and get that part of my restro out.

Oh and what voltage do the lights in the coin door run on?

Thank you Kindly
Ken

are you going to make more than one of these by any chance? possibly making them available for those in need of them later?? :D

6.3v on the coin door lights.

Hi, actually that was kind of my plan. I figured get the info, make the harness to fit my door. Document it and then offer it up as once again people love to hack harnesses! LOL
Thanks on the voltage of the coin door lights, that helps! :)

Thanks :)
Ken

Will you be using the correct colors? If so, I'd be in for a couple. Been meaning to do this for one of my projects, based on an intact door in my Stargate, but can't seem to get around to it.

Hi there, I plan to use the same wire colors if I can get them, I am not even sure what colors are used in the harness as mines hacked right out with jamma wires running into the coin mechs.
What I would like to do is make as close a exact harness as I can, colors, plug, ends on wires etc, to make it as close to a plug in and go harness as humanly possible.
I wish the one in my game wasn't hacked so I could use it as a example.

I'm definitely interested in 1-2 of them as well, correct colors or not (i'm sure you'll go correct knowing you). If you can wait until tomorrow i'll check my machine again and give you what i can for answers. ask dokert tho, since he did the connector he has to have it written down somewhere.

I sure hope to use the original colors as that would be the best way to go, depends if the colors are available, dumb striped wires LOL ;)
That would be fantastic thanks!
I will drop him a message now, good thinking. :)
Thanks guys! :)

If anyone could snap some good close up pictures of the inside of their Coin door and email them to me it would be amazing!!
A Overall picture and more detailed pictures so I can get wire colors and see where they run to figure out lengths etc.
A picture of the Plug from the Coin door should the backside where the wires go into it would help also.
Thanks to everyone for their help.
