It seems several CMOS were used by Williams. Is there a chart around showing which are interchangeable or are 5114, 5514 and 6514 all interchangeable?

My specific question is - can a 2114 be used in place of the 5514? If not, what equivalents can be used in place of the 5514?

AFAIK, all of 5114, 5514 & 6514 are interchangable. A 2114 will "work" (as RAM) but it's not CMOS (low power), so it'll drain the batteries quickly.

There are some low power versions of 2114 that would probably work. I have some cmos "21C14" that are low power. However, the "correct" part is readily available so why bother subbing it.
