Why would you not test the Stargate's? You could plug them into whatever you tested the Robotron and at least see if video comes up.

Many of my games are in storage... which means I have to pull 20 games out to get at the one I am trying to get at. Then I have to load it up and bring it to my house (storage has no electricity). Then test everything, load it back up and take it back to storage etc.
Its not an easy process.
These sets all came from the same op...Robotron was marked as not working, the Stargates didnt have any markings on them.... but if you would like to bring your machine over so we can test them I'm all about it.

For future reference, OP sold these williams boardsets mounted on plates for $150ish.

I did not notice soundboards with them. Simply mpu widget and rom. No linear either.

Preserve the prices. Preserve the history.

I am gonna guess many of you don't read signatures - "list of games ... plus 200 others" = probably not all in his house at any one moment. I have met him in person and bought a couple of things and had them shipped and the op has always been great to deal with. If he said something was untested you could send him a pm and ask instead of all the posts.

While I find the price removal annoying it is up to the seller whether or not to post them.

"untested" is KLOVian for "not working"

That's not always true. If I buy a machine that looks bad inside or hasn't been plugged up or seen the light of day in 20 years, there's no way I'm going to gamble with plugging it in and potentially smoking it. So if I sell the parts off, they're going as "untested" because they truly are.
