Shopped out with Titan rubbers and incandescent bulbs. New LED Wolffpac displays, rebuilt flippers, sound board fully rebuilt and gone through. Original backglass shows pretty well in the game but has lots of touch-up on the back. 40 pin on MPU/driver has been changed, power supply recapped. Only other preventative maintenance thing Id recommend is replacing IC sockets but it's not an issue now. Only issue is the player 1 and 3 display 100s digits come up kinda dim on boot.
It gets better as it warms up. Very likely a display connector issue. Game is kinda ugly but good candidate for full restoration. It's all there.

$1000 SoCal local pickup or I can ship

SOLD. Game developed a new problem when I turned it on for the buyer today, so we agreed on $700
This was still a good deal. Like you said "kind of ugly" but it has good bones. Playfield is better then alot I've seen. The one big spot worn down to wood blends in quite well just painted/marker black. That wouldn't be terrible to touch up. Its a really fun game too.
