Williams Backbox Interconnect Board - need a Connector

Hi all,

I was troubleshooting a Diner that had lost general playfield illumination. I backtracked the wire through the D-12313-571 Interconnect board, all the way to connector J6. When I looked at the wiring harness connector, it was pretty crispy (so crispy, that when I tried to remove it, four of the pin housings disintegrated into dust and small "connector-ette" pieces.

I pulled the board and had to re-flow the pins for the 4 hot connectors, then reseated everything, soldered the wires to the remaining push-connectors (no plastic, no connection), then I added Heat Shrink to keep them isolated.

Now all my GI lighting is back up pretty much. However, I'd like to re-do the connector.

The board connector is a 5791-10862-09 - does anyone know where I can get the harness connector to go with this board connector?

Here is the troubleshooting plan, in case someone else has problems:

Diner Troubleshooting Plan

At Backbox Interconnect board:
At Jumper 2P7 / 2J7, check for 6 volts at 8 and 7, to Pin 10 and 9

If No Voltage
On the right side of F1, check for 6 volts – Black lead on Pin 1 of 2P6 / 2J6

If No Voltage
On the left side of F1, check for 6 volts – Black lead on Pin 1 of 2P6 / 2J6

If No Voltage
Check Pin 3 of 7P3 for 6 volts, - Black lead on Pin 1 of 7P3

If No Voltage – Power Off
Backtrack continuity of Yel – Wht wire to transformer

Most of them are going to be .156 molex connectors, Great Plains electronics is my regular supplier for these.

For data connections, the Keltron CS156 series housings are fine with the trifurcon pins part number 08-52-0072

For GI connectors use the Molex 41695 series housings, and the square pins part number 45570-3050. This gives a power handling ability of 13 amps per pin.
