so, after pulling the chassis on my k7197, i accidently stepped on it and crushed th f*** outta it. Can a k7000 fit in its place? it's a 25'' monitor in outta my umk3. I'm asking about the 7000s cuz there's a guy selling em on here cheap

His 7000's are very likely to be 7191 boards. I have found it to be the most common for Jamma era 25" screens...

Anyway, a 7191 is part of the Jamma series and should work regardless.

So you know the the guy i'm talking about? I'm just wondering if it would work because he said they're 19''. Does the size of the tube make a difference?

Why were you walking around on your workbench?

I wasnt working on a workbench. I'm at my folks house, and was working on a small table in my bedroom, and the tube was on the floor. I set it on the floor preparing to reinstall it. I went to get a wire nut for the main chassis ground and came in and lost my footing. Damn im pissed! That chassis has been a pain in the ass so its not to big of a deal I geuss.

I know that. It sounds like something I would do so I had to poke a little fun at you.

I didn't see the for sale post until now. I don't think a 19" chassis will work but maybe Mod or Ken can chime in with more info...
