Will a Rush 2049 fit in a pontiac montana with no seats?

Just got word that the family truck blew up today so I have no way to get the game other than a Pontiac Montana (2000 model I think).

We can take the seats out and thats about it.

Either that or I have to rent a truck or something

Anyone know?

Greg

For reference purposes a Rush 2049 will fit in a Pontiac Montana - I have the pic to prove it LOL.

I got a Crusin World into a Montana with the seats out. The Crusin should be close to the same as a Rush. I had to separate the seat and take the plastic seat off the base. I slid the game in the back and there was just enough room to put the seat and seat base in through the sliding doors. It was a tight fit.

You may want to verify that you have the larger Montana like I had before trying this yourself. They came in two sizes. I forget what the name was for the larger sized one. But there is a couple of feet difference between the two and if you have the smaller one the game is not going in it.

crusin uses a 25" monitor and rush uses a 27", so rush is probably a bit wider..

marquee on rush folds back. If it adds any to the hight folded, I would guess maybe 1".

This would have to be a pain in the ass to do though wouldn't it?

It's a driving game, just tow it home lol.

Without a doubt it was a pain in the ass to do. But as I recall the major PITA was that the seat and pedestal were bolted together with the security torx bolts.

Well the van is not available now either, oh well.

I'll have to wait for them to deliver next week some time.

Sometimes life just gets in the way

In case anyone is curious, it also fits in a 2000 Grand Caravan with the seats removed... I transported both of mine in it (one at a time of course).
