Really hoping a "Landing High Japan" shows up. Kicking myself for not bidding the last two times that machine was available.

That was a fun game too, do you remember how much the 1st one went for? (Not the one in the cream puff building, the deluxe model that was in the regular building)

Not a clue... I left before those games came up for bid.

I've got one. It's one the kids gravitate to but is on my list of one I could possibly part with. Would need to replace it with a driver -- Hydro Thunder or a Cruizin' series machine. Trades?

So is anyone else treating this like it is the last 'hurrah' or do you all feel like the auctions here will continue?

I'm planning on taking lots of pics for anyone who cannot get there..

Well at the last one I went to (which was in West Bend) they didn't really seem like they would be coming back to Wisconsin again. Listening to one of the guys talking, after they paid for fuel for the trucks and to pay everyone working, it sounded like they didn't even break even.

They have said that at every single auction they have ever done here in Wisconsin.

Back when they were SA they said it at least 8 times per auction.

"Well I just don't know if we will be coming back to Milwaukee you guys need to stat bidding!"

Just tactics I think. As far as the West Bend thing I don't know too many people that were pleased with them after that. Lot of well let's just say questionable practices going on there.

I also heard them saying that during the auction, but what I was talking about was after everything was done and they were standing around shooting the shit with some of guys there

Please explain! I didn't see anything shady.

They passed over a few games, that side deals were made on. Crystal Castles and a non-working Cockpit Pole Position. They just said oh these were on the wrong truck, after prodding would have been nice to know that rather then sit there for a few hours of junk. A number of people waited around just to bid on those two games (they were probably the nicest of the games they had there).

They had previously claimed that a Star Wars cab was working, along with a beat to shit 720 cab, but "there wasn't a nearby cord to plug them in". Strangely enough someone, I think it was Troy used his engineering prowess to unplug one game and run an extension cord to them (I know good thing we had him there :) ). After plugging them both in we saw that the Star Wars was playing blind (monitor issues), and the 720 was resetting. There was some anger that the games got plugged in like that.

They passed games then went back to them in an odd order.

The complaining I heard the auction guys doing was more along the lines that what was brought was the problem not so much the bidders.

I've got nonworking Asteroids and Space Invaders machines available cheap. I can bring one to the auction with me if anyone wants to make a deal. Or stop by on your way home and take both! I'm near the Milwaukee airport.

I stopped by the auction spot today to drop off my puck bowler to nmeun87007. Took pictures while I was there, and finally finished uploading them. Talked with Chris for a while, and he mentioned more is still coming in tomorrow, plus whatever else people bring.

Pictures of games so far: http://www.photos.jasonmazurek.com/main.php?g2_itemId=2798

It already seems better than the West Bend auction, and the new location feels pretty nice.

Yuck, with a capital Y. Other than the pins, is that crap anyone wants? I predict 75%+ buybacks for the operator

And here I sit pissed that I have NO more room whatsoever.

I see about 5 things I would very much like to have and a couple of things I would dearly LOVE to have. If a couple of things go super cheap I might have to jump on them, and figure out space real quick.

I got a little more room again, now that the bowler is out.
